Our newest family partner, 77-year-old Cecelia Shepherd, moved into her Manassas Park home just after retiring 14 years ago. The fourth of nine children, Cecelia is no stranger to hard Shepherd3 - Copywork as she grew up living and working on farms in Luray, Virginia. After moving to Northern Virginia, she worked for Safeway and A&P for 31 years.
