Saturday was a beautiful day for the Prescott Open House! Hundreds of people poured into the home to see the progress made so far. Thanks to Hugh Ickrath and his neighbors for donating the entry fee proceeds to Habitat for Humanity Prince William County. We are very thankful for the nearly $3,200 donated!

On Friday, April 25 and Saturday, April 26, volunteers Tarek Kalash, Don McCubbin, Kenneth Thomas, Dave Williams and Kevin Yang helped Habitat construction crew leader, John Blake, repair and paint the damaged windows and trim, plus hook up the gas dryer at Jack and Delia Carter’s Manassas Park home.

Jack and Delia Carter have lived in their Manassas Park home since 1983 and have been Jack Carter and birdmarried since 1980. Jack is on disability after suffering a stroke last year and because of severe arthritis and emphysema.
