We are so grateful for our corporate and private donors who made work possible at the Old Hickory rehab this week. Because of Miller & Smith and Titan Erosion Control, the back yard at Touly’s house has been sodded and a beautiful raised planter bed has been built in one corner so Touly and her children can grow delicious, fresh vegetables, flowers or both!

Last Saturday, Tom Hyde and his son, Eddie, transformed the front yard of the house we’re working on at 9004 Old Hickory, Manassas. The Hyde’s purchased bushes, ornamental grasses, flowers, soil and mulch. They created a beautiful bed with hearty, low-maintenance plants that should provide lasting color. Such a gift!

We’re well on our way to completing rehab work at the City of Manassas house that Touly and her children will purchase and live in through Habitat for Humanity Prince William County’s home ownership program.
