Ronald Newman was disabled on his job as a contractor and is not able to work. He lives in Dale City and cares for his five-year-old daughter while his wife works two jobs. Habitat rebuilt the shed; replaced some of the siding; and scraped, caulked and painted the trim at the Newman’s duplex. We also weatherized their home for better energy efficiency.
