Habitat for Humanity Prince William County is now hiring a Construction Superintendent to make sure our Neighborhood Revitalization construction programs help more people and involve more volunteers! This fall, two exciting projects are planned at which the Construction Superintendent will lead volunteers and work with a family partner. One is a home rehab of a two-story townhouse in the City of Manassas.
The second is a rehab of a one-story cinder block building at a City mobile home park. The building will be used as a Resource Center for the neighborhood’s residents.
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for planning and implementing all of Habitat for Humanity Prince William County’s Neighborhood Revitalization construction programs that include home building, rehab, repair and community development projects.
The position is for a “working superintendent”; the candidate will actively lead and participate in work alongside volunteers in the execution of Habitat’s programs. Work days are primarily Tuesday – Saturday. The position offers full benefits including paid vacation, health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability coverage.
