We will resume donation pick-ups, volunteer opportunities, home ownership and home repair opportunities at a later date. While the ReStore staff is working onsite, all other staff are working remotely and will return messages as soon as possible.
Habitat for Humanity’s Home Preservation program helps revitalize the appearance of neighborhoods, strengthens connections within the community and helps low-income homeowners who struggle to maintain the exterior of their homes, allowing them to reclaim their homes with pride and dignity.
Home Preservation focuses on minor exterior repairs such as the replacement and repair of trim, gutters, soffit, fascia, siding, handrails, fences, stoops, landscaping and other surfaces.
Families who earn less than 60% of the area median income (or less than 80% of the area median income when a veteran lives in the home), show that they have a need for our service, have the ability to repay a portion of the material costs, and are willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity may qualify for the program through an application process.
If you would like to apply for our Home Preservation program, please fill out the Home Repair Interest Form. Once you have completed the interest form you will be mailed an application.
